Next Kigali Fashion Week Event

This “Cultural Fashion Show 2015” will be a one day event for local fashion designers to showcase their unique designs. The event is being organized in partnership with local businesses, designers, fashion houses, seamstresses, and modeling agencies and will include new and established designers. The “Cultural Fashion Show 2015” will be held in Kigali, capital city of Rwanda,
In july 2015 and November 2015

This fashion event will focus on giving opportunity to the local fashion designers to showcase their designs and share their ideas with international designers. It will also provide networking opportunities for designers and models as well as a venue to models for practicing their skills .The fashion show is hosted by professional models.

IRIS PRO-FILMS 1000 HILLS is a film and photography company that also specializes in event management and representation of actors and models. We also partner with young artists in entrepreneurship to promote arts creativity, including designing clothes.
This will be our second edition of the “CULTURAL FASHION SHOW” which will provide a forum for local fashion designers to showcase their designs.
This fashion show will be unique by featuring designs from a variety of cultures including Amasunzu style, Rwandan clothes preferred since 1950-1962-2014, Umukenyero and Inshabure, East African clothing and collections from Europe, USA and Asia.
New this year: The event will feature 5-10 designers that will share their collections through the runway show. There will be also being an Art exhibition, live painting as well as an expo of designers’ products during the day.

Our goal is to promote fashion designers and create public awareness of the talent and quality designs in Rwanda. We aim to provide business opportunities, networking and leisure activities for the audience
